LH isn't on Flexquotes so not sure how you can get an answer from anyone other than a LH agent.

Uh oh. I promise not to tell if you don't. :1wink:

I thought LH was supposed to be outrageously high.. If that translates to $73.10 per month for 10K at 65, there are only 6 companies that are cheaper. Of the companies most often mentioned on the forum, it Foresters is closest and they are 0.05 higher. :skeptical:

For male smokers they are competitive...and remember they pay within 24 hours.

You would have to add $3/mo to that rate for the policy fee. Plus another $2/mo if they paid direct.

But, that is one area where LH not terrible. Male smokers over age 60. Hey!! We found their niche!!

Their rates are still in our database. LH just doesn't want us showing them.

I think that's probably because LH is so big and awesome that if their super low rates were available side by side with other companies they wouldn't be able to keep up with the volume of incoming new business. You can certainly understand why they need to keep those babies a secret.

Just wanted to make a point that LH was in fact available for rating at one time before their marketing department made the request to be removed.

I don't know how they could insist their rates not be shown as they are a matter of public record at the DOI..
