I'd just call my cc company and dispute the charges. Go back and read this with an unbiased eye. This guy just reeks of being a shyster. Anyone who buys from them at this point kind of deserves what they get. Dude's driving a black van handing out candy to little kids. The entire company has lost all credibility and have done nothing to reestablish any.

Can any list shack subscribers confirm that they once again have access to data?

It looks different but it is not really all lined up properly on the page. I didnt try to log on because it still shows its "Not Secure" Ill pass on loggin on until then.. Honestly I would appreciate a refund for the last few months of down time.

Edit: Looked at it just now again and it looks like it always has. Again Not Secure. I emailed the email he supplied asking for a refund of all the months I was charged. We'll see if I get response and my credit back.

Please let us know. I had used them in the past with good results, and was considering using them again when all this broke. I may not ever use them again, especially since learning about similar companies. But I might consider them if they do right by you and others.

Three weeks later and no response? Still getting charged. NO email no phone but no problem charging my card.

Why not file legal charges? Seems like fraud to me.

I signed up for their list service and cannot get them to stop charging my credit card. The phone number that shows on my credit card statement is (877) 887-7815...try calling this number and see what you get. This is unacceptable. When I call the phone number on their website 888-382-0055 they are not "List Shack" but somehow affiliated with them and offer to give you their email address, which by the way I have done yet they continue to charge me. Anyone had this same issue? I know when I originally signed up that the owner was on the forum and very helpful. Seems like this has turned into a SCAM

Yes, at this point, it sure seems like a scam. I'm thinking that if they are actually on the up and up instead of being a scam, you're dealing with incompetency. It wouldn't take all this long to get things straight if they were really trying. The old, "Send me an email" thing is just a put off it seems.

I mean, if you are charging my card and not giving me any leads, you know. Why should I have to request you stop taking my money and give me nothing? Yep, scam it is!
