This email is the VERY email I was directed to in the first place. FYI to all out there that say this is my fault for not contacting my CC and having them stop payment to these folks. Well DUH, that was my first step after no answer to my request to discontinue this service.
Chase bank is incompetent, everytime I call them and go through the process to stop this charge I get the complete runaround and a complete different answer to the same question, What is so difficult for List Shack to just STOP CHARGING ME????

I emailed the email he supplied and he returned my email the next day and credited my account for 3 months of the service as promised. I asked to cancel my subscription and he said he would keep my sub open till the end of the month If i wanted to try the updated site. I havent used it yet but havent ben charged again but I dont think I was charged until around the first week of each month so its TBD i suppose.

I finally got to speak with Josh the other day. Thought I would talk with him about what was going on, the lack of communication, etc and see if I could assist in him getting going again.

The very minute I started talking about it he basically become an ass. So, while some might be thinking this is something that "happened" to Josh (like I did), I'm now convinced this is something that he allowed or created himself. I always thought highly of him. Not much of a chance of that happening again!

There is zero doubt in my mind that he let or made this happen. No health issue or family issue would stop a decent person from fulfilling their obligations and keeping people in the loop. This smells of a financial issue that he got himself into and has decided to bail himself out buy screwing everyone else. Anyone that ordered anything from him again deserves what they get.

Well I did get a credit back for three months and was told my subscription was canceled. I was just charged again this morning.
I put an email in to Wyatt this morning. Hopefully he takes care of it quickly as he did before.
