That is the question. I've never been a corporation or had any special letters behind my name, but I hear some do. Are there any benefits to doing this: becoming an LLC or S-C or C?

No -- my upline at Securus has around 40-50 agents and managers underneath him and has no corporate entity.

Your best bet is to talk with your accountant and attorney about this. There are pros and cons to having a corporate entity.

keep in mind, you need to see if you need to register your LLC/scorp as a separate entity with the insurance regulators in your state.
