LLC or Sole Proprietorship /Georgia

You haven't been able to figure that out from this discussion?

I was asking that specific person their opinion.

Partially based on their comments, and partially based on what I know of their business experience.

I have my own thoughts and knowledge base on the subject, which Ive shared in similar threads in the past.

Whoever has the most documented notes usually wins

Usually, but not always.

When I was a carrier rep and deposed over something one of our brokers did I had almost nothing to give. This was before email so all I had were a few letters in the paper file. Plaintiffs attorney was on a fishing expedition and asked for any and all memorialized notes, phone records, etc.

I had 3 or 4 letters.

Deposing attorney got flustered and dropped the case.

Things would be different today because I use email for almost everything.

On another note, where is the "quote" icon. I had to italicize your comment as a point of reference.

It's there on my computer browser (after 'like' and 'multi' quote),

Thanks again.

These changes are impacting me, almost as much as the upcoming time change. I now see it and when I highlight something I want to quote then multi-quote / quote appears below the highlighted text.

When you have been used to looking for something where it used to be and it's not there any more, sometimes you completely miss it.

Now, can you tell me where my car keys are? They are not where I left them.

Thanks. I figured it out after posting. Still looking for stuff where it used to be and missing the new location. In a few more weeks I will be complaining about the time shift.
