Looking for a Good Telemarketing Company

You haven't, but you did say that it asks a lot of questions to make sure people know why you're coming and that they're serious.

You're simply not paying attention - I said on set appts that I require a little more info on the clients- I also said I expected those to be 20% of the leads that will be generated- So as to not confuse you again- what this means is that the majority of the leads generated will be the same generic script that everyone else uses....

An interesting argument. The whole reason you're doing this is because "most telemarketers" can't deliver on what you want, no?

No, They all can deliever- that's not the problem- the problem is they take your money- get you half your leads and bone on the other half....

Not that it matters, but I can prove it. My upline will likely remain silent on the topic because it's irrelevant, but he's an active member of this forum and saw the production himself.

I really don't care....really, seriously I dont

If you want to be a grouch about the whole thing than go for it. You just started doing something that some of us have already one successfully. If you would rather waste your time and energy without having more information walking into it then such is your right. Should I apologize for being helpful?

Alright Sparkles, whattya say we turn it down a notch mkay?... You came across as a d*ck.. let's just call it the way it is... I have been working telemarketing leads for 4 years- I understand how they work- I have a predictive dialer and a good FE script...

Instead of paying a company up front not knowing if they are gonna bone me outta my money- I'm simply going to hire a telemarketer myself...

Why does one need a degree from Josh University to accompish this very difficult task?

I had my own telemarketer back when I was doing Med Sups, It was the best consistent system we had going until the market got flooded with MAs and reduced com in our area. I have never tried a FE full time telemarketer, I would imagine it is very hard as I recall she tried to make the transition but couldn't get enough apts, but we where experimenting with the script. It is definately an option out there to do, its just keeping your telemarketers positive and excited and along giving them the right incentives/pay

Hey Melanie, It sounds to me like youd benefit from working underneat someone until you get your sea legs. There are numerous companies that will give you a decent cut and give you decent leads at a decent price and also get you trainning.

Bottomline is this as I see it. There are lots of agents working wtih good contracts 120% and up that write no business because they have no leads.

I'd rather have 100% of something than 120% of nothing.

I'm inclined to agree with you. That said, you may have missed that she's in the UK. Things may be different across the pond.

I have to completely agree. Ordered 15 leads, they produced 3 in the 1st couple of days, then none for almost two weeks.

After some prodding they promised to finish up the rest the following day and received another 4, then nothing since then (almost another two weeks).

They claim that leads are difficult to generate in Florida (I agree) and I've suggested they refund the balance of the lead cost rather than lose money on generating the rest of them but have had no response-if they don't respond by the end of the day I will claim a credit with my credit card company although it's unlikely it will be honored-

update:ACTUALLY, IT WAS, thank you Capital One.

The bottom line is that out of state telemarketers can't do a good job, the only real opportunity for good telemarketing is to hire someone local and hope you luck out.
