Mails out policy to client ***

We actually have 2 different channels. One channel mails the policy to the client and the other sends it to the agent.

If the company mails out the policy to the client then there is no delivery receipt needed or it will be taken care of by the company.

Definitely have MOO mail to the client direct. Easier on you the agent
