I knew a met life agent years ago who drove from Philly to Harrisburg (2 hrs.) one night for an appointment. Gets there and the house is dark. He got stood up. This 6'4, 280lb. agent proceeded to take a crap on the guy's porch. I wonder if the homeowner put two and two together.

I get a pretty good number of callbacks from the sticky notes. Better in some areas than others. If you're licensed with Monumental, they'll send you a supply just for the asking.
