If JD doesn't recruit, why wouldn't he help no matter what FMO you are with ? I know its a rhetorical question. Possible answer his FMO helps him in other ways so he likes to help their agents.

Also, I have found having access to a top producer does not always mean they will share their knowledge or even be available to help when you need the help. If you have the open release then I guess you can leave. That creates the dilemma though of them knowing you can leave.
