Looks like Dm about to rise again . First class going for .58 to .60 postcards .40 to .44

So what do you do for a brand new agent that's not ready to make a commitment to buy fixed cost leads from your outfit? Will you contract him ?
How do you get him started selling final expense ? Does he have a chance to get that "smarter training "? ?
As an outside observer, why do you care? Who cares what other shops do if what you're doing works?

I like Taiba too but he's so lightly raced. Not that any of these horses have a ton of races under their belts at this point.

I may jump on Early Voting and Messier as some value. I think White Abarrio has a shot too but I'm not sure if he has enough speed (or the connections).

I'm still pretty undecided until I see the post positions. Epicenter, Zandon, and Donegal will all loom large.

I'm a Baffert fan. That's why I bet on Medina Spirit at the last minute last year. Nothing about the horse. Just betting Baffert. Taiba is Baffert. Not on the papers now because of the suspension. But he is a Baffert horse. But I also like Pletcher, Cox and Asmussen. Chad Brown is a really good trainer but I've never been a big Chad Brown fan. Although he did get a solid second to Justify with Good Magic, {son of Curlin}. And that's like winning. No one was beating Justify. I put $100 to win on him and it only paid $120.

Didn't Mungia ,Boman and Massey get in shit fight about 5-6 years ago and meet in Mississippi and have a selloff?Hell now bowman's on facebook saying is goal for all his businesses is to make $15 mil this year and i bet mungia will make $3 mil in medicare and fe overrides this yr. How recruiting on a large scale changes things .

Chad Brown on the turf is very different than Chad Brown on the dirt.

The new agents who are reading this forum, you know the ones that are here to learn the biz, aren't necessarily interested in the Kentucky Derby.

Back in the day when he was out there, there were weeks when he'd write 10-15 apps, that's how he built his independent agency and got off the streets. $4000-$5000 AP per week was a common number along with selling Medicare.

You say you've been on the street for 18 years. How come you haven't built your own agency ?

Tell us about the agency you have built.

How many FE policies have you sold in the last 2 years ?

For those new agents here to learn, since you seem to be suggesting to an experienced agent that he should be building his own agency and your forum membership date is in 2013, I think you should be willing to talk about the agency you have built. I did not start the agency comments and what I have sold is not relevant to that discussion.

I really think you should get your license sell dental insurance. It's a product you believe in and you probably know more about it than most agents. You could even grow a downline here on the Forum.

I'm being serious LD.
