Yes, Travis's record still stands. He usually writes $4,000 to $8,000 and day that he goes out with an agent. He takes 20-leads and stacks his day full of appointments. He over books because he knows some won't be home or won't take long to figure out it's not going anywhere.

Where do you come up with these figures? No one says what you infer.

The challenge is is if an agent does a ride a long with Travis and they don't get to see him write $2K in AP that day they get $100. Why is that so hard for you to understand?

Scott said Travis gets 20 leads per week. As long as I've known Travis that's what he's told me too. And who the hell runs appointments 4 days a week?

To my knowledge FEX has never had to pay the $100.

As I said my friend pier six brawled with him. He showed me many a policy of his he replaced . If my memory serves me right Tubby has a big red letter in the policy . It's a " if anyone tells you to replace this call me " . My friend is an animal working Indiana, Michigan and Ohio .

Lot of agents put those letters in the policies. What's wrong with that? AmAm makes it a point to put a letter like that in all policies.

Nothing wrong with that letter. Lots of agents use it. Also, nothing wrong with doing everything you can to protect your business from replacement artists.
