Looks like Dm about to rise again . First class going for .58 to .60 postcards .40 to .44

Didn't Mungia ,Boman and Massey get in shit fight about 5-6 years ago and meet in Mississippi and have a selloff?Hell now bowman's on facebook saying is goal for all his businesses is to make $15 mil this year and i bet mungia will make $3 mil in medicare and fe overrides this yr. How recruiting on a large scale changes things .

Yeah, Ben starts off by saying if you haven't made $1M in this business within 24 months or less you're just not working hard enough. So FOS!!

So what do you do for a brand new agent that's not ready to make a commitment to buy fixed cost leads from your outfit? Will you contract him ?
How do you get him started selling final expense ? Does he have a chance to get that "smarter training "? ?
What do I tell people who want to go into business for themself while they are broke? Is this really your question? Have you ever seen my website?

Sure have,it's very detail oriented. I like it ! I like your description of IMO's and how they operate, especially the different types.
The big advantage you have is you are run by agents that are/have been superstars in the field. Your agency emaphasizes ongoing learning/training of the FE product, closing techniques.
It's really easy for guys in sales to get burned out, become distracted by bad habits. Being on a team with pros really helps guys stay in line and continue to grow, succeed.
Most,if not all businesses take their customers for granted after the initial period of engagement. Their theory is to get as many as they can in the door, signed up,and then just sit there and do nothing, watch the clock, give a bare minimum effort in the relationship which usually doesn't lead to anything good other than the customer going somewhere else.
Gyms,health clubs practice this model.
Very disingenuous,promotes failure.
FE agents are basically customers of IMO's,right ?
You might want to update some things on your website.
Transamerica does not have an app from ages 45-85 anymore, that went away in 2019.
Settlers Life went out of business in 2018,why are they still being mentioned on your website ?
Many more if you really look through the website.
The ride along challenge with Travis…really ? He never ever has a bad week ? He's not human ?
Lol !

Yes I do need to go through and update the pages on the website. Most of that was written nearly 10-years ago.
Yes, Travis's record still stands. He usually writes $4,000 to $8,000 and day that he goes out with an agent. He takes 20-leads and stacks his day full of appointments. He over books because he knows some won't be home or won't take long to figure out it's not going anywhere.

This is proposed for July . Means per 1000 mailers could go to $530-$540 at places like lead concepts . As Dm response rates continue falling a 1% return in many areas is good . Thats $54 a lead . Even the rgi and one life's will be at $41-$43 on Generic non life ins saying Dm in many areas . So at $54 a lead 20 cards a week is $1080 a week . That's about $56k a yr for Dm . A lot of marginal producers will have to find other lead sources .

Thanks Don,... our DM results are horrible here in S.Fla.
When T65 have a mailbox stuffed from all carriers, they get throw in the TRASH!

Well that means he's averaging $6,000 a day AP. So if he did that 4 days a week $6,000 X 4 = $24,000 a week right ?

That's $1,248,000.00

One million two hundred forty eight thousand dollars annually right ?

What are his expenses ?

80 leads per week
Gas
Miscellaneous

How much is his net ?

So you just take whatever the vendor gives you and your ROI is nearly always the same ?

Or,are you just saying that because when your on set cost it's the lead company,IMO making the rules ?

I get it on the PO Boxes,no phone number.

I don't want want apartments. Many have secured entry doors, intercom systems and of course I door knock my cards.

Ages….over 75 and bad health, especially with tobacco is expensive, just saying if I was on set cost I sure wouldn't want a bunch of 75-79 year olds 3 weeks in a row.

Your on another level, you must have a huge backlog of leads so what you can deal with is very different than a new agent.
I live in small town east TN. Some of the best business come out of subsidized senior apartments. None of them have controlled access. And, I have never had an apt management office require I check in with them before canvassing the apts much less just calling on a lead card.

Where do you come up with these figures? No one says what you infer.

The challenge is is if an agent does a ride a long with Travis and they don't get to see him write $2K in AP that day they get $100. Why is that so hard for you to understand?

Scott said Travis gets 20 leads per week. As long as I've known Travis that's what he's told me too. And who the hell runs appointments 4 days a week?

To my knowledge FEX has never had to pay the $100.

As for the rest of your stupid questions, who the hell cares? You can't be as clueless about this business as you pretend. So why the pretense? What's your agenda?

I already know you are too chickenshit to back up your challenges. So what's your agenda?

And don't come up that voice of the people crap.

It did seem that Newby indicated he wrote $4K to $8K per day. Guess Noah is asking if a person writes that much daily why would they not work 4 or 5 days per week. Personally, it boggles my mind that a person can write that much FE premium per day on a consistent basis.
