Hi, Folks, got a 70/70 year old nontobacco lady, good health, normal build, shopping for a $25K FE policy.

She got a quote that she has misplaced from another agent for around $120/month and I don't have anything right off that will beat it.

Any suggestions? No problem contracting with a new carrier if that will close the sale.

Many thanks to all of you, in advance, and happy Independence Day while I'm at it..........

Sagicor, no-lapse UL should work.

Also, what state is this in?

Christian Fidelity final expense $107 per month...not sure what state you are in to see if you could use it.

Sagicor's GUL is $61/Pref Monthly and $74.25/Stand Montly on $25k for a 70fns Fully underwritten. You can go Simple issue at 24,999 Face for $103/mo

The Simplified Issue policy for UHL's Provider WL is $110.45/mo for Preferred Rates at $25k

RNA Essential Life. $25,000 face whole life is $88/mo. No one will beat that for whole life.

Sorry to be away from the thread so long, gone all day yesterday.

I'm in Tennessee.

I appreciate the suggestions. This lady is strictly price shopping. I would like to avoid a paramed exam, if possible, so SIWL might be the best way to go with her -- for now.

Thanks much, JD. Any suggestions about whom to contract through? Best percentage, advance, etc? Brokers Alliance only pays 80%, I think...

ALSO, while I'm at it (you guys are a huge resource!) -- I've also got a 74/74 year old nontobacco client who fibbed just a little bit when I tried to set him up with a FE policy a couple months back. He forgot to tell me he had some minor heart surgery about a year ago.

In Tennessee -- who would have the best GI product for him, wanting $15K face, in this case?

Thanks again.........

A year plus on your second Proposed Insured would probably be best suited with Monumental Standard Immediate 100% coverage if no other health issues.

I'd personally look elsewhere than RNA as they have cut their small-face fully U/W policies dramatically in the recent past.

RNA did cut commissions but I thought he was looking for the best for the client instead of the best for the agent.

I do. Up to a point.

I don't appreciate someone who says I am worth half of what I was just a month or two ago.

With all that said, looks like Sagicor works better anyway.

Better yet, put out Sagicor Lifetime pay, 10-Pay, and the Fraternal in front of your prospect, describe the pros and cons of both, and let them decide for themselves what is best.
