Not any other coward that won't say pubically what you want them to say.

And even if they think that I'm not recruiting any of them so I it's nothing to me anyway.

Also there is something that should be said about TOP OF THE TOP producers of any market coming to a forum to add value to other agents that are complete strangers. This person has made 7,000 posts that have benefited him much less than others have benefited. If you find him condescending or rude, please bite your tongue, he has brought MANY agents to this site; a site of which you are trying to recruit from. Keep it about business.

JD does act like a jerk sometimes, but there is no fluff in his game. You always know you're getting an honest opinion from him. Whether you agree with it or not. I respect that about him.

I do NOT wish to recruit anyone from this site unless they live in NC or VA, looking for full-time, coachable, has a fico score of 650 or better, no vector problems, has the juice to invest $480 per week for 20 fresh exclusive direct mail leads, can come to Raleigh, NC for some one on one training via tele-sales or field sales, and has a burning desire to succeed.

I also agree that JD has posted some great info for FE agents to learn from. Sometime....as is so true in sales....it's not what you say, but how you say it.

In fact, if I was one of you independent guys, I would try to do a ride a long with him for a day or 2, buy his lunch, and pay for his gas as it should be a worthwhile investment for you.

I never sell life insurance unless someone has beneficiaries that depend on them living. And I will never and I mean NEVER sell investments to people unless they want their money to grow....

Also I agree with the non spam part of your post.

What a shocker!! Greg takes an opportunity to jump on me. He is so scared of me that he will use anything at anytime.

I take it as a compliment for for a deceptive liar to be against me. I wouldn't want it any other way.

Pretty hyprocrital though. Greg is usually whining about namecalling but when someone calls me names he is the first to jump on board to agree.

I actually appreciate all your posts and respect you for your success. Successful people are not threatened by other successful people discussing their expertise. Obviously some on this forum are threatened and jealous of you. I'd personally take that as a badge of honor!
