What someone else does really means nothing. Why would it matter?
If you're not going after T65 then most of MA sales would be replacements. Pretty obvious.
BTW, the same rules (at least in CA) apply to Med Supps. Replacement pay renewal commission.

Just a general question about the market. If open enrollment is 80% replacement then I'll probably just stick with my life mailers and sell what comes up - last year I had a few that I could have come back and written had I been appointed to do so.
