MA to Med Sup Question

When did this lady join the MA plan? Have you checked to see if she qualifies for assistance on prescription coverage, if so, once she's enrolled in that she can make changes anytime during the year. You'd be suprised how many people qualify for assistance

She joined the MA plan alittle over a year ago. She doesn't qualify for any SEP or any extra help that would give her an SEP.

She could use that one to get out of the MA. I don't know who her agent for the MA is, but, she doesn't feel mislead or that they are not following the rules, she just wants to get away from co-pays.
