Mailer Counts

Wow, so u pull between 22 & 30 leads a mailing huh? Nice, but thats a ton of $$$ for leads every month....wouldnt an IMO like EFES be better cost wise?

They offered me a 80% contract. I'm not going from the 120s to 80%. With my production. My leads average 20 a piece already. Plus they would clip me on renewals.

If you put a pencil to it, it is probably sixes....until you factor in years 2 through 10. Higher contracts = Higher renewals. Both options can work if you know what you are doing.

WoW 80% that sucks...maybe u should speak to someone else! Not saying u need to be with EFES in any way but just looking at it from a cost perspective. Im not sure how your leads ave $20/ea if u spend a min of $2800/mo, unless your getting 140 leads a month.

But if u could avg $20 lead with EFES & got 25/leads a week, thats only $2000 a month, $800 savings....thats almost 10k/yr!

But then again, if it aint broke, why fix it right?

I wouldn't have taken that deal either. You can certainly do better than 80% with EFES.

Everyone has to know their numbers. It seems you do. I know mine and I am money ahead to have EFES absorb the lead costs Everyone should do their own mail for a while I think. I know I wouldn't have the same appreciation for EFES if I had not done my own mail in the past.

If he can sell and he's in the 120s, he'd be losing money to go with efes. Big time. I think most agents would be better indy with strong contracts, even though efes is better than most agencies.

At 80% yes, but based on his exp & production (Im assuming he does pretty good #'s), he would be able to get a lot better!! Im on 115%/95% for wholesale/retail, & Im only 1yr in.

I agree that most would benefit by having 120% contracts and doing their own mail.

Not in my case. I've done the numbers.

This was a long time ago but the guy I talked to told me if I got up to $50,000 a month he could get me "close" to 100%. I would understand if I had no proof of production but I offered to send it to him for a higher contract he said no. Then he went on and on about how he just had to fire a guy in my area because his numbers were not good enough. Just turned me off.

I bet I can guess who that manager was.:1cute: That was total BS. My manager started me at 95%.

Honestly I can't remember his name but I think he was in Michigan. His personality just clashed with mine. He may have been a very good up line but I wasn't feeling it.
