MAPD 10-YEAR RETENTION REQUIREMENT

Does any know if it is necessary to keep the actual hard copy of a MAPD application, or can it be saved as a scanned document?

Copies are always fine. Do you mean the 10 year scope?

Well- I was thinking we had to keep the entire application (including the Scope). Is it just the Scope we have to keep?

Most of my apps are electronic now so I wouldn’t have a copy. But I do have copies of my old paper Apps. They aren’t needed tho
