Florida Congressman Alan Grayson's new bill (HR 4789), Medicare for all.

What would be the purpose of "buying into" it?
If he were smart (instead of being such a smarta**) he would simply raise the medicare tax and make the monthly payment based on some other criteria (age, home value, zip code, size of family, size of body part, weight, distance to the moon, whatever) and just go balls in. The good news is though that he will ultimately be able to cover the entire world with his plan. Bill Gates and Warren Buffett should be proud.
But to simply say "Medicare for All" for a program which is already technically bankrupt is beyond stupid. And this, coming from a man who claims to be an economist prior to being a congressman. Just shows you how dumb economists can be.
