Merrill Insurance Group?

How are the non lead commissions and renewals compared to the market?

Each manager can set that, EFES doesnt.....Im at 115% on non EFES leads. I would guess JD is at 120-125%, so it depends on production like anyone else.

What's the benefit? Do they offer a good percentage? What about renewals?

Do a forum search for EFES, there's 1000 of opinions on it, mostly good, but they are but NO MEANS perfect!

Are the renewals competitive with what you might get with say Newby or Todd? Americo aside.

Yes....and we are supposed to be able to get renewals from Americo now if we choose, which I will. I was told by May, but havent heard anything yet on that...maybe JD has some updated info.

Anywhere from 80% to 100% on the lead program. That's up to the manager that hires and then you move up based on production. That's 1st year.

The renewals are less than street on your retail number. Pretty much street on the wholesale side.

You give up commission because they are subsidizing your lead costs.

My leads actually cost around $50 each to generate. I pay $11 for them. That's the trade off.
