Message Boards

Does anyone have use message boards other than this one to generate business? (ie a senior citizen board, car enthusiast board)
I'm a member of several other sites and have given general info when questions have come up on insurance. After my input, I always advise people to check with their agent for specifics. I get private messages back on occasion for people asking me to call.
Has anyone else had any success with this?

No, I just use this one. I did post at some others but it got too time consuming.

Yeah, it can get time consuming. I've gotten to the point where I just look for new threads having to do with insurance or marketing. Otherwise, I just go about my business.
I have gotten some good leads from new business owners looking for commercial insurance. Haven't done much on the health side though.
