Monumental Leads

I'm kinda poor this month...my last DM drop got a .6% return on 3k pieces... $60 leads are painful

Man shut that up!!! You know if Obi asks you to post a picture of 25k you could do it in about 3.1 seconds! By the way, what interest rate do you charge on a loan to a 360 agent? I need some $$$ :)

Hey all joking aside, I did a 3k piece drop and used a lead that all but asks them to have their checkbook and medicines ready when the agent arrives...I was like...I will get atleast .8 to 1.0 return!!! YEA RIGHT! I about threw up when I checked my P.O. box. I won't do that again :)

Fair enough...we all have different opinions on broke, lol.

But it's only around 23 at the moment...bought a couple guns this month...hehe

So why does Tim W love TA so much? He states he writes upward of 90% of his biz with TA.

I've listened to him explain it. One, he doesn't like to do PHIs. Two, they do have a lot of level niches. Three, he likes their "cash rich" program. They do something weird with the way they pay comps. They pay you a % of your months 10-12 each month, so if you wrote a lot of business with them, you would have a big check at the beginning of each month. I think I remember him saying if you wrote $3000 in AP with TA a week, after a year you would get a check for $3-4000 at the beginning of each month.

Lastly, he probably has a 250% contract with them lol.

I know guns are like drugs. Once you start buying them, you have to have more, and they need to be stronger and more powerful as time goes on.

But I was able to break that habit this month. I only bought two guns and they were both .22s. One was an AR15 style .22, but a .22 nonetheless. Actually just got back from the range.

so the question now is since everyone and there grandpa doing dm will the saturation lead to lower returns longer term? Also ben I know you recruit now and probably make a 10-15% over ride but is it really worth it? The time you spend with agents who most won't make it long term does it really offset just concentrating on your own selling? Also throw in charge backs and it could be a tough long term gig.

I think the saturation has already occurred. Why do you think responder rates are down? Thats why agents use other sources to supplement lead flow.
