More Information on MA "True-up" Commissions?

Coventry is already charging me back a percentage of commisions that I haven't received yet. How screwed up is that ?

Not sure what your chargebacks are for? As of late, I've had chargebacks for two reasons:

1.) Plans still in force that have charge backs for prior year(s). This didn't make any sense. They have slowly reversed their errors.

2.) Plans that are PFFS plans and are being charged back balance of advances for those sold with effective dates February 2009 and on. This makes sense as they are terminating January 2010 and I was paid twelve month advances.

Yet, they still want my business

I called Coventry today about my final "true up" and was told to expect it next week.....
