My 1st Month + in EFES!!

Ok folks, since I have my son this weekend & I had no luck yesterday....my March is over with. I wanted to do a recap of my 1st full month+ in the biz, I basically started Feb 20th. My total AP is $8200 ($1200 of which was a friend) on 51 old EFES leads & 10 Tele leads I tried....total cost apprx $650. Im still working 6-8 of those leads (I work them til I get a def Yes/No) that I havent gotten a hold of, conflicting schedule times or follow ups & 1-2 of the tele leads. Just counting March, I did $5900, Im # 76 (and dropping, lol) in EFES leaderboard last I checked.

I recently order 10 more old leads, but I havent worked but like 2-3 of those so far just yesterday, which cost me another $70...which Im not including in the total above. Chase @ EFES told me I should have close to the 15 leads I ordered, if not 15, by tomm in my inbox- my 1st fresh mailer leads ever....for now, I will only be getting fresh leads every other week.

Its been a hell of a ride in this industry so far, but I like it....I think Im here to stay. Id like to thank my agency MIG, EFES, this forum & some misc articles & tips Ive read online. I hope to be on the left side of the leaderboard from now on!! My goal this month is $7500+AP!!

Great start. Don't forget there is really only one leaderboard to focus on that's the right hand column of your checkbook. Very impressive what you've done with limited lead flow.
