To clear this up - I talked with Ben and had the agent removed from under me . Ben was and is still helping the agent with training . ... I wouldn't say I was failing - I went through a bit of a tough time starting off . I've been fine since Ben R. Made some additional adjustments .

Why did I "release" the agent ? I don't have any intentions ,currently, to recruit or build a team . I am not in a position to FULLY lead another agent. I know this . I feel as though I do have some valuable insight . But, I don't want to limit a newer agents growth .
.... Although this forum can cause fights and disturbances . I still take from it the realities .

anyone who can't train an Agent, in PA, who'll have to complete a PA disclosure form, and cant do it successfully, I have not respect for.
You better do it right, or don't sell in PA. That's all.
And sorry you don't think I make positive comments.. I'm not here to "recruit" or try to be an upline. I got other marketing avenues for that.

George was good. I believe he had the best batting avg. of the 3rd basemen(not counting A-Rod because he started out at SS...and he's a cheat like Bonds). George didn't have the glove to be the best, but he's sure in the top 3-5.
