I have used it for years. When things get busy I "fire" the non-responders and focus on those who opened and read my email.

What do you sue for email tracking
A few years ago I used ITC for website and email but was told not to look at the tracking results for emails opened as it was not accurate
I also had one on a CRM I used several years ago and was told the same thing
I have one on my current CRM but it only tells me % not the who
I just thought they are all waste but maybe there is one that works?
Is there one that I can reasonably expect the open results to be accurate
