It looks great. I could see a consumer being confident in putting in his/her info.
I would be more concerned with my Strategy for ranking in the Search Engines, unless you are a National Broker selling in all States.
Your targeting a National Term with 14,800 monthly searches, pretty tough task.
I have no idea how many people are searching Edison Life Insurance ?
Unless you really understand Search Engine Optimization. I doubt you see much traffic if your just selling in one State. Just adding content will not cut it, such a Huge Buzz Word.
Your CSS file structure has huge problems, which will cause you Major Problems with Indexing and website Load Seed, Which is now a Huge Ranking Factor.
Your site is really slow loading (1.73 seconds) which is way below the standard. Your site seems very heavy on javascript. I would also be checking the Server you are on.
Having Optimized Code is the first step in Solid Ranking in the Search Engine Results, which is no fault of your own, But I would be getting your Web Designer to fix this ASAP.
If they blow this off, and say it does not matter, Then I would get my money back and go elsewhere, Trust Me, It matters.
Some of the Best Coding and Loading Times I have seen, are sites built by Val. He truly understands the importance of Great Website coding.

Sorry, that is not the way you check site speed. You should see your site performance in your Google Webmaster Account that shows (Site Performance) But it does not appear you have a Webmaster account.

If you are trying to earn my business with SEO management, hire a salesperson.
In addition, google analytics tell me my load speed is fine and will not affect my rankings.
