That's the thing though. I keep both jobs separate. When I'm at the office I don't partake in any Aflac business. Basically when I'm not running any apps is when I conduct Aflac business. My gut feelingon this is that if you are not being paid a base or significant renewals - than....
However if you are making really good money from the agency, it might be an easy decision to turn off Aflac. But how much are you making from Aflac?
What does your employment contract say? Does the agency have a competitor to Aflac that they offer?
Are you on their computer selling Aflac?
