Need dental care options, HELP!

When I priced a filling last year that didn't make much difference.

The newbies either had a practice buyout loan to pay off in addition to other costs (controlled by the local market, not the new dentist), or were working under a long term established dentist (or dental partnership) who (which) set the practice's charges for each dental service code for all dentists and hygenists in the practice.
