Need Help Placing this Guy

here is his drug list:

Lisinopril
Hydrochlorothiazide
welchol
metoprolol
clopidogrel
Dulera
proair

Im thinking possibly RNA, but Im not sure if the proair would deline him? is there anything better I could do than RNA? Such as assurity, mon, foresters...

Looks like Monumental to me. That's assuming he can answer no to the Heart Attack, Stroke, Angina questions. They are ok with those meds for maintenance as long as he can answer no to those questions I mentioned. COPD would make him Std.

Call them for an assessment, they'll tell you. I would think they're all trying to find ways to look busy.

Hydrochlorothiazide is a Lasix substitute and would also be a big issue with most companies. Looking at Graded/MWL with many FE companies, if not declined all together.

Their graded is 30% 1st yr and 70% second year. That would be better than a GI plan. Mon standard would be immediate so that would probably be the best option.

I agree with JD Dave. Mon or Transamerica in your case would be good at the Standard plan.

Remember that any Yes answers to the questions in part C4 of the App that would normally put them into a Standard Rate combined with Lasix will give them Graded at best or a decline with Trans/MonLife.

But if you quote them the graded or Mon std prices (similar rates),don't quote them vantis or Gerber prices. It blows my mind that GI is cheaper per mo than graded.
