what an interesting site! This should have a thread all of its own.
I noticed that the mfg states like the Great Lakes area are heavily enrolled in these MA's . Puerto Rico and Hawaii are over 50% and New York/Pa are not too far behind.
But the midwest and South are still virgin territories.
