I have a few new agents that I have working commission only. How do I train them? They sold group benefits and now I want them selling P&C and life. Anyone have ideas on how to train them?

Explain how to do it, show them how to do it, help them while they do it, let them do it themselves.

If they have drive then they should be able to sell anything. Teach them about the products through policy analysis, review, etc. One very good way is to put them in a marketing position for a few months prior to launching them into production. This gives them the ability to create P&C market relationships while learning coverages at the same time. Just keep an eye on them and make sure someone holds their hand in the beginning.
