New Applicant in Texas. I need advice please.

Hello all. I am glad to be a new menber. I am a new applicant in Texas and my application is currently classified as "under state review." My problem is that I have 2 drug possesion charges on my criminal record. I have submittined the first traunch of required documentation and am in the process of submitting an additional traunch of documentation that TDI has requested. Some of what has been asked for is burdensome to produce (e.g additional rec letters.) and perhaps unobtainable. I am trying to hire a professional licence attorney to handle my case. I invite any and all commentary or advice that may be offered. Thank you.

Sorry If I do not understand your question, but you are a new applicant for an Insurance License? To be a producer? or a claims?

Since he mentioned TDI, I'll assume Texas Department of Insurance.

How old were these offenses? Generally, if over 10 years, it shouldn't be a problem.

Probably cause Tennessee is what TDCI?

You should be fine as long as the offenses are at least 10 years behind.
