New Audio Interview at FexContracting

His business was falling off the books from what I read Newby posted above. So he had to be getting in homes. Selling. Submitting business. All the things it takes to do that. I'm only going by what Newby posted above. Perhaps I read it wrong? If all that business he wrote (supposedly) stuck, do either of you two think he would have had the same result of chargebacks with business sticking. Doesn't make any sense to me because I thought I read otherwise. Can you qoute what you are reading?

If you have that many chargebacks then you can't be doing anything right. Anyone can go out and write a ton of crap policies that won't stick or get issued. I am interested in knowing how exactly it did happen though. I have been in situations where a chargeback really put a cramp on me but I was able to make it through.

Jody did experience a bunch of chargebacks, but like Newby said he would have made it in FE.

I've said before that there is more to the story of why Jody got out of the business but I've always maintained that I wouldn't tell that part of the story because it was a personal thing to Jody. Maybe it's time to change that though.

Just to set it straight though, I will let just a little of it out. Jody married into money. The wife didn't like the fact that he had no benefits and that the pay fluctuated. She didn't want him in the business any longer and he did what he had to do to keep his marriage together. It's just that simple.

(Jody, I hope I've not stepped on you too bad brother).

Nothing is that simple. Still doesn't excuse presenting other's work as your own.

If you have money comming in you have all the benefits you need (unless you're to dumb to sell them to yourself.)

I have great health insurance, life insurance, retirement annuities, disability and critical illness. I don't have dental but there are other perks to being self employed.

I have no doubt that if the chargebacks wouldn't have piled up Jody would have been fine. He was good at communicating and he would apparently work. That's really all it takes.

If that wouldn't have happened he would still be selling and if that would have happened FinalExpense101 probably would never have existed.

Just didn't go that way.

Can you tell me what is so "new" about Shannon's training? He got his from somewhere just like you did. Nothing new under the sun here.

The difference is that I never claimed anyone's training was mine nor have I ever tried to charge anyone for sharing any info I may have. Big difference.

I can't beleive you can't see the difference. So why pretend otherwise?

And why would you claim anyone's training because it's not really theirs to begin with. That's my point. Shannon got his from somewhere, so where did he "steal" his training from?

If you don't think Shannon isn't profiting from "his" training you have another think coming.

You could sell your training or info if you wanted to, you just choose not to. Is that the problem, that someone else is making a little money?

I see it as a problem if in his training/website he doesnt disclose he WASNT successful doing the very thing hes teaching! The debate over rather he stole it or not, is debatable I guess....but I would feel duped if I paid for training from a guy who never was successful at what hes teaching!

If you want to get snippy then I will too. You can try and perotect your little buddy by disparaging me but that won't work.

You can pretend stupidity too and that won't work either.

The damn guy is a phony. That may sit well with you but it doesn't with me. Just the fact that you posrt this nonsense says plenty about you.

I wasn't trying to get snippy with you. The fact is that you don't know all the facts like you think you do. Anytime anyone points out that you may be wrong about something you will churn it and twist it to where you seem "right". You're famous for that.

You just go on and believe what you want to. I know that FE101 has helped a plethora of agents and got them going on the right foot. If that's a problem for you, then so be it.
