With New Era, the best you will get is 18%. It takes way more production than the average agent can do just to get 19%. You can call the company direct and get 18%.

I'm not interested. I've got them at 18%. I've had them for several years and never used them. You could give me 25% and I still wouldn't use them.
There's usually a reason why a person will only give info by PM.
