New Ignore Feature

It was pointed out to us recently that when you put someone on ignore, you still see threads that they create in the recent posts link, which can get annoying when you are trying to not see anything from a particular member.

Val has written some code to fix this, from now on, when you put someone on ignore, you will not see threads that they are the starter and only poster in, in your unread posts stream.
