Columbian had already announced they were doing away with GI on the FE product. Now, they have announced they are doing away with their other GI plan.. Hate to lose that one because it went down to younger ages that the other companies..

They also made it sound like there captive people can sell outside GI products. They killed all there gi products?

They didn't want anyone writing that younger age GI product even when they had it. They have always been a very screwed up company from my limited experience with them.

Nationwide GI. 0-80. Near GI, but about the same amount of questions as Columbian's product. 50% comp and 100% advance.

Hit me up if you need it. Also, have this crazy GI term 18-75.

I never had any problem with the younger ages...Heart, cancer, etc.

That wasn't necessarily for captive folks (other than the RSDs are now RGAs) Supposedly they will be able to offer outside products to the GA force (which is not captive) and they will get convention credit for selling them … We'll see how it plays out. Both GI products are gone by end of year.

They said they'll be selling a 3rd party GI to $40k . Must be Great Western. I found it interesting the Regional guys are no longer employee's but 1099'ed. Must have increased their overrides big as there's no benefits . There the last company i know of that still had the old Regional employee setup footprint. I got that letter 2 weeks ago. They also raised the price of their Fe product a little. A lot of upheaval in the Fe arena.I think after yrs of big business claim's are rolling in.

It's conforming to the new mortality tables I think that's the root cause let's not over exaggerate things.
Yeah... I have contacted a couple of companies marketing departments because they have not made in announcements about complying with the new CSO tables and they acted as they had never heard about it...Manhattan was one of them..
