as you should know that health insurance commissions have been cut to 8% to 10%...as were my life insurance pays at 75% to 100%...the 7 life app's that I have put into underwriting in the last 3 weeks will net me $2,324 in a 3 week period..how many health apps would I need to write to make that..I had one case net me $12,000 and rolled him into a better deal the next year and made another $8,000..I just threw up the health site to piss tater off......hahahahaha...and what few I do write is to talk to them about life insurance...its time to get out of the health insurance biz now......

I'm feeling great about insurance agents... I feel there is a TON of low hanging fruit in the online insurance digital marketing space and once my site is done I will have my pick of the litter on what local agents I form a partnership with.

Um yes not to get off topic but can one of you wizards of the SEO variety tell me how you get the little avatar up on your profile.
I just can't seem to wrap my brain around it. I have looked for jpeg images with100x100 and I get get one to upload.
I'm about to slip a pistol in my mouth and just end it all right now if I can't get this done.

The Dimension limits for this filetype are 100 x 100. We were unable to resize your file so you will need to do so manually and upload it again. Your file is currently 3008 x 2000.

Yes and go to edit avatar. Right? I do that and just try to put any jpeg in and it gives me a message saying everything I try to put in is to large. So then I go do a search on 100 x 100 jpeg pic and there arent any that I can find. I'm stumped........
