Ob1 is confusing "finding a need" with "creating a need".

People who buy timeshares keep buying them. They love the dream. Your friend isn't creating squat, he is just tapping into that dream one more time for yet another sale.

Ob1, you remember "breaking the pact"? It is a part of every timeshare presentation and it is there for a reason. The reason the people made the pact in the first place is they want that dream, but are trying to keep themselves from being sold on it.

Not nearly anything close to what you do but you also see 100% more people a week than I do for FE. Now with that said, I'm not exactly sure you are working to your fullest potential but I've never met you so I wouldn't know. I do know I personally hold you out in the highest regard for the business you write.

I will say that it doesn't matter whether it is final expense, timeshare, widgets, whatever. It still is a need/desire world with it leaning a lot more to desire than need as people and society have evolved from mainly needs based to desire based.

It's not that type of sale at all. There is no resort. Yes they are buying another timeshare but it is one they will never use if that makes any sense. The new timeshare is just a vehicle for something else.

They appeal to a persons greed or even need. I'll give you a hint of both and then I can't talk anymore about it.

What if I could show you a way to get rid of the fees you are paying on that timeshare/s (need) and turn that timeshare into an ATM machine where instead of it taking your money, it pays dividends (greed)? NOW THIS IS NOT THE SALES LINE. I'm just giving you a taste of what the concept is. I've left out 90% of everything. It's in no way a timeshare sales presentation.

Going back to that older woman, I spoke with her about how hard it must be to purchase presents every Christmas for her 11 grandchildren. Then there is birthdays, ect. ect. She agreed and I said it sure would be a nice feeling knowing one day your grand kids will get a legacy present from you. ect. ect.

Any who, I went for the whole enchilada of the investments, money in CDs ect. and screwed myself when I knew better. I should have took one bite at a time instead of trying to eat the whole elephant at once and did the life insurance first but in my infinite wisdom I wanted to do a whole financial plan which probably sparked her to see a financial advisor.

Profithuner, are you attempting to sell anything else like Medicare Supplements or MA Plans?

If not, maybe you should look into doing that.

all I sell is final expense. I have been thinking about offering Med sup.
