Medicare Pro is good...It links with Sunfire and others, but it wont pull data from them so you literally have to manually transfer all of your book from Sunfire if thats what you use. I thought it truly linked with Sunfire and pulled info onto MP, but it doesn't. FWIW.

Email yes, SMS you have to integrate with your choice of VOIP service
I use 8x8. It works fine and it's not listed on there.

As others pointed out, email yes. SMS you need a provider to do that.
It's my main business line. It's VoIP. Got it on everything.
Also has a zoom like thingy for sharing my screen. And it works with MP just like the others.
