After much research, Avik Roy of the Manhattan Institute has come up with a fairly detailed plan to TWEAK ObamaCare. Because it makes sense, this plan will never be implemented by the type of leaders Americans vote into high office.

I think part 5 is the one that will kill this plan. I agree that breaking up the hospital consolidations will help, but good luck getting that to go through. Honestly, if we just started with that part, the rest wouldn't be as important.
