Good point. If they are on the DNC list and mail a reply card back, the agent only has 90 days to call the DNC phone number and be protected. After 90 days better be doing drive bys.

However very few FE people are on the DNC list, heck, about 25% don't even have a working number if you call them.

There is not an FE agent anywhere in the country doing those kind of numbers by phone. Not a personal producer doing only FE and doing $200,000ap per year. If they are they are spending over $75000 per year on leads and they are talking to the same people that replay to mailers because that is the FE market.

I have seen many, many agents come and go in the FE market. In almost every case the ones that went were the ones that never could grasp the nuances of the FE market.

I am one that does understand it. I am am one that does work it and I am one that is successful in that market. Yet, you want to argue with me about it and try to tell me that there is a whole different market out there. Well, there isn't.

Now, there are marketers that will tell you what you are saying is correct. Those same marketers are not actually producing any business themselves.

I'm not trying to recruit you, so I don't really care if you don't want to see the light.

Jdeasy, are you saying that there isn't anyone doing 200K in AP a year online and over the phone doing strictly FE?

If so, do you think that's because they're cross-selling and wouldn't be considered FE-only agent or because it's not possible?
