Anyone want to share some open talk questions they ask on the initial meeting with prospects when they are gathering data and building rapport?

Could you broad brush your benefit package for me?

How many employees do you have?

How's the employee moral?

What's keeping you up at night?
 
I am guessing that most ofyour groups will be small, say under-100.

For me, I always want toknow if I can even help this group before I go much further. Long story short, I want to know two thingsright away; 1) why am I here talking to you, and 2) what are you trying toaccomplish with your benefits program. Fromthis I can pivot into getting the information/data needed to develop a quoteand a proposal.

Me too. I was sick for four days. My whole family ended up sick. Everybody is 100% now though. Time to rock n roll again. Gotta make some money so I can take off in March to go crappie fishing.
