Oxford Life Feedback, Reviews ?

I didn't receive that notice from them, but not licensed in CA anymore so that is probably why. They are usually good about getting notices out with 30-45 days advance notification. They may have just taken a different approach in saying effective immediately but having an unstated grace period. If they said effective immediately then turned it down upon submission within a couple days of notice, I would be pissed.

From working with an agency before, I know agents often put off the changes til last minute then forget when the time actually comes. Then the agent is pissed because they have to go use a new app or form and rewrite the policy despite the 30-45 day notice.

I'm selling with Oxford Life and have nothing but good things to say about them - not to mention they have great rates.

They have good rates, not great. They are also not an A rated company. But you asked about SL in another thread. They aren't rated at all so it's up to you how much impoetance you put on that.

Did I miss the memo? Do only A rated companies pay claims?

If rating are not important to you then then have at it. That's waht I said in that replay as well. Personally I won't write companies that not A rated.

Why not only A or better then? I do believe you write A-. After all, A is better than A-.

Why draw the line at A versus any other rating?

Why do you give a **** what I do? I told what I did. It doesn't concern me that you don't have the same threshold as I do.
