Oxford Life - Why or Why Not?

last time I did a phone ap with them---they were still making applicant feel like a criminal---am I to believe that this has changed?

This has unless you still dial the old underwriting number which will be eliminated shortly from what I am told. They kept it running for a little bit just as a back up incase anything broke with the new process. The new interview asks name, address, DOB, SSN then reads a disclosure then tells you Yay or Nay.

The biggest problem with the e-app they have coming out is that the client MUST have an e-mail address ... That's a pretty tall order for the average FE client.

I have been surprised by the number of FE prospects without an email address, no smart phone, no computer, completely off that part of the grid. But I am relatively new to the business. What is even more surprising to me is that the insurance companies themselves seem to have no clue as to how wide is the swath of FE type consumers who are in no position to meet an e-commerce type requirement.

Add income filters to your leads and you will see a lot more normal people.

My favorite is when these companies think there going to call the PI from a out of state number and get them to answer.

Why would I want normal people? I'm trying to sell Final Expense! :goofy:
Because you're average monthly premium will be $20 higher & 95% has bank accounts.

Believe it or not I never saw a single person with a direct express card for the first 6 months that I sold FE. I thought you guys were exaggerating on here with all the stories.

You don't have to be living in poverty with no bank account to be a Final Expense prospect. Lol
