    Hello everyone!! Some of you know I am starting my own independent agency from scratch. I am starting this in my home town which I just moved to 4 months ago. I have been away for 12 years. Part of my marketing campaign will include referrals, cold walking, etc. But I want to have a good understanding of what ratios you cold callers are getting for your calls. How many dials, equal leads, equals sales. Thanks for the information.

    IMO doesn't really matter, will be different for each person. Think of it this way, out of 100 calls (that actually connect), you should be able to get at least 10 people to say they are interested and out of those make 1 sale. If you can't do that then find an easier way to make money.
