Is there a reason you can't show him what you have? Sometimes my clients want a pony, doesn't mean I have to search high and low for it.

If you have good products with a 10 or 20 year. Show em.
Sometimes a client say they want "abc" when they just didn't know "def" as other possible options.

I have beaten a bunch of agents in competitons because many only showed what the client asked for, not what was available to choose from. Most clients don't know what options they do have. Some go with the original idea, others realize that maybe else fills their needs better.

Guardian isn't going to fit this one. 25k is their minimum and they have 10 pay and 20 pay, no 15.

You could use Guardian's products and look into reduce paid up in year 15, again you'll have to go to 25k db.

Metlife would go that low, but it won't be paid up in 15 years. You can access to them through most BGA/MGAs

I believe they have an RPU option.
