Paperwork, paperwork, paperwork!

Ok, so insurance companies will tell you that you need to keep paper copies of everything they send you for 5 years or so.

But let's be honest, what are you guys keeping and what are you throwing way?

Any company saying you have to keep PAPER copies... is too outdated.

I keep everything paperless. If it was paper, I scan it in and shred the paper - unless there's a specific reason I feel that I should keep the original.

SCOPES- if not hosted on the carrier page or portal will definitely need to be saved. if they ask for any of that paperwork and you cant supply it, it could be mean your renewals.

There are even apps available that will scan for you like adobe scan. Love that app.
