Is it easy to figure out how to use and could I use it on my desktop?

It’s pretty simple but I have no clue if it’s a desktop app. Works pretty easy on your phone, takes the picture, and lets you edit right there.

Technically, L564 is not required using this method. Something as simple as an health insurance ID card (showing effective date) or a paystub showing premiums coming out works. But there is an "upload" section where you can attach employment verification documents.

Haven't been able to use a pay phone this century either!
I live in a gated community and plenty of fax machines here.
I just have to get the warden's permission to use one.
