Before spend hours on "live chats" today - does anyone know of a predictive or power dialer that will allow us to change the caller ID to display a NAME not just phone number?
Ring Central's website has info on how to customize their out bound caller id for businesses, but I really, REALLY don't want to single click or manually dial 100's of #'s
Think it might really help TM's call answer rate !
